What do you use the BMP Nautilus for?
We use it to measure the Biochemical Methane Potential (BMP) of products intended for Danish biogas production. These products include food waste, sludge, glycerin, and other types of industrial waste that can generate gas in a biogas plant.
What problems has it solved for you?
Previously, we used a subcontractor for this analysis, but we experienced long waiting times and very slow delivery of results. Our clients were not satisfied with this. Therefore, we decided to invest in our own instrument to solve this issue and ensure fast and reliable turnaround times for the analysis.
What features of the machine stood out to you?
The price and the simple design stood out to us. We actually considered building a system ourselves, but we are very happy that we chose to buy from Anaero instead. There is much more work involved in constructing your own system than initially seems.
